Grabbing food in a
strangers apartment
POSTED 13 /SEP - 2003 ON NEVARANTA.COM
by deye kashiko
When I came home from work last evening I went
down on the floor bellow my apartment and walked strait into an the nearest
apartment grabbed some food from the fridge and headed for the door, the man
living there didn’t seem to mind he just had smirk on his face.
Where is
this scene from?
It’s from
the current entertainment scene. It’s basically the same thing as when you and
I are downloading mp3 files, movies, and games from the internet without paying
for them. But the big companies can afford it! Wrong. But, I don’t have the
money for it! Well, then you gotta save and make priorities. But it is not as
much about the fact that companies are loosing big money and not so many stars
are as filthy rich as they once where. It is a about a fundamental problem with
our mentality when it comes to respecting other peoples property. Just like if
I really had done what I said in the intro, the inhabitant of that apartment
would probably have tried to beat the living shit out of me. Think about. When
you go to work you expect your boss to pay for your labor at the end of the
month. Or you won’t be to happy if a person sitting next to you in the
classroom snatch the assignment paper you’d worked hard on and gave it to the
teacher and got full credit for it. It’s about a sense of what is mine and what
is yours that has gone so terrible wrong when it comes to entertainment
products.
So
what is going to happen? Well, there are
several scenarios here. Maybe some who could have been great artist
will give
up and do something else long before the world has gotten a chance to
know
them, just because they don’t think it’s possible to make a living of
it. We
will most certainly loose diversity as the big companies bank on things
that
they are sure will appeal to as broad audience as possible. … beside's
I still want to by that new Jaguar and a Bently. to be continued.
